At Coastbuild Projects Our team has over 50 years combined experience and are well schooled in all aspects of the build and construction trade. Our attention to detail cannot be surpassed and this shows in every project we lay our hands to. Client satisfaction is our priority, we aim to always go above and beyond to create the special home that has been envisioned. For the duration of all our projects we are available 7 days a week to meet and discuss the ongoing works of your project to ensure that we continue to deliver beyond our clients expectations.

Cape Schanck
New split level modern home. Key features are, Large raking ceilings with large 4.5 mt high windows, polished concrete floors through out, polished concrete kitchen bech tops, alfresco entertaining and boardwalks. Build time 7mths
Matt’s highly professional approach, superior communication and organisational skills would prove to be invaluable, and within a few weeks we finally received our permit and a build commence date was locked in.
The building process was very exciting and Matt and the team never faltered in their commitment or enthusiasm for the project. We were well supported through every stage and always consulted and well informed when decisions needed to be made.
Every trade that worked on site were highly skilled and maintained an impeccable work standard. Their knowledge and skill set gave us the confidence to be more adventurous with our design choices and we are thrilled with the finished product.
We cannot recommend Coast build Projects highly enough and are truly grateful to Matt and all involved for our beautiful home.

Rye Back Beach
New weatherboard home. Key features are beautiful smoked oak floors, large open plan living with entertainers kitchen, hydronic heating through out wrap around decks, timber lined feature ceilings, pool and pool house. Build time 9 months.
The team at coastbuild went above and beyond to create our perfect family home. They were heavily involved throughout the design process which created a great synergy between the design and the reality of the build. Build quality is second to none.

New two storey rendered home. Key features are, Tall 4 metre high ceiling to capture bay views, limestone columns, large open plan living and entertaining areas, vast decking and outdoor kitchen, pool and tennis court. *Build time 9mths*
Matt Ryan and his team at Coast Build Projects built our beautiful 5 bedroom home in Mt Martha. We researched many builders prior to commencing and Matt's expert knowledge and high level of professionalism stood out well above everyone else. During the build, Matt and his team communicated really well and we felt completely confident throughout. The Coast Build Project's team was really efficient and completed our home on time and budget. They worked exceptionally well together and made the building process a pleasure. Matt Ryan and Coastbuild were engaged to build our dream home in Red Hill. Initially Matt demonstrated his consultative approach when working with our architect to come up with smart solutions to achieve our unique design. Then throughout the build, Matt kept us well informed of the progress. The project ended up being completed on time and on budget… it’s not often this can stated. I can highly recommend Matt and Coastbuild to any one considering building on the Mornington Peninsula.
